Quad-band GSM/GPRS PA module

Hillsboro, Ore. — The TQM7M4022 GSM/GPRS power amplifier module cover s the 800, 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz bands. Delivered in a 7 x 7 x 1.3-mm package, this amplifier features internal power control and internal reference voltage circuitry as well as 50-ohm matching on board. The module delivers a +35-dBm output power in the 800 and 900 bands, a +33-dBm output power in the 1800 and 1900 bands, a 53-percent power-added efficiency (PAE) in the 800 MHz band, a 58-percent PAE in the 900 MHz band, and a 50-percent PAE in the 1800 and 1900 MHz bands.
