ADD Semi opens U.S. office

SAN JOSE, Calif. - ADD Semiconductor Inc., a powerline communication (PLC) IC company, has announced the opening of its first U.S. office.
The Orlando, Florida, based facility will be headed up by Eddie Luaces who joins the company as general manager Americas. In his new role, he will be responsible for ADD’s business activities in North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean Basin. He will report to Jesus Teijeiro, worldwide vice president of sales for ADD (Zaragoza, Spain).
