SAN FRANCISCO—UBM Electronics, the publisher of EE Times, announced Tuesday (Aug. 16) the availability of the China Fabless Profile, a special report created by EE Times Confidential and focused on China's fast-growing fabless semiconductor sector.
The special report explores China’s fabless semiconductor industry and its impact on the global electronics industry. The report examines government investment policy and critical new technologies as well as guidelines for picking a fabless partner. EE Times Confidential identifies more than 80 new Chinese fabless companies and provides a description of each vendor along with other valuable company data.
"This year represents a turning point in the development of the Chinese semiconductor industry and of its fabless sector in particular," said George Leopold, editor-in-chief of EE Times Confidential. "We've compiled a database of the people, places and other tangible data points for more than 80 fabless chip companies, training a microscope on a sector that has become relevant not just to China's prosperity but to the global industry. This special report is a must read for anyone interested in working with China’s fabless semiconductor sector."
