Other confirmed speakers include: Mojy Chian, senior vice president at GlobalFoundries, Joe Sawicki, vice president at Mentor Graphics, Ron Collett, CEO of Numetrics Management Systems, Robert Harutyunyan, director general of the Armenian Development Agency.

Armenia has found investments from several EDA companies, including Synopsys and Virage LOgic before Synopsys bought them. http://www.synopsys.com/Company/Locations/Armenia/AboutArmenia/Pages/default.aspx
In the former Soviet Union the counrtry had scientific and technical centers tied to universities both in Armenia and Russia, as well as Ukraine, all of which graduated some the best computer scientists and research engineers. The IEF is smart in landing this year's executive forum in this ancient land with modern technology knowhow.
