While I am glad that Google conceded, it does not really change the fact that they were caught doing something that most reasonable people would have known it was wrong. Why were they doing this in the first place, what were they thinking? I understand that there is no real privacy "on line" but that is quite differenct from your yard or school campus or where ever the public has some "access to". Where are the real safeguards for the everyday joes? It seems that slowly but forcibly our privacy is being stolen.
