Texas Instruments Inc. launched three families of 36V single, dual and quad operational amplifiers (op amp) with industrial precision.

The OPAx140 JFET input op amp series features rail-to-rail output, as well as the lowest noise and widest supply range in its class, according to TI. The OPAx209 precision op amp series combines rail-to-rail output and very low voltage noise density with wide gain bandwidth. The general-purpose OPAx171 family features the industry’s smallest packages— up to 90 percent smaller than industry-standard packaging to reduce board space, TI said.

Pricing: In 1ku, the OPAx209 series starts at $0.95; the OPAx140 series at $1.55; and the OPAx171 series at $0.40.

Availability: Samples are available today for all devices.

Datasheets: OPAx140OPAx209; and OPAx171
