Plug-and-Print M2M solution for families and home offices

Lantronix launched the patent-pending xPrintServer - Home Edition, designed specifically for home use by consumers wishing to print from their iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch to a USB or network printer.

Roughly the size of an iPhone, the new xPrintServer - Home Edition is a follow-on product to the Network Edition of the xPrintServer, for hassle-free printing from iPads, iPhones or any other Apple iOS device. The unit adds support for USB printers and supports up to two network printers.

Now iOS users can wirelessly print emails, web pages, photos, and more to their existing printer without having to install any software or device drivers. The xPrintServer - Home Edition does not need to connect to a PC or Mac. It just plugs in before enabling printing.

The unit requires no software or apps to be installed and supports multiple printers and users. Power consumption is approximately 1 watt.
