ACMG Announces New Smartphone App To Enhance ACMG Annual Meeting Experience

BETHESDA, Md., March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) has just launched a smartphone mobile application "app" called ACMG 2013 to give attendees a convenient and comprehensive way to navigate the 2013 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting and a convenient method to receive and utilize program, speaker and exhibitor information before, during and after the Annual Meeting.
The ACMG mobile app is available for iPhone and Android users, and is available as a web-based application for BlackBerry and all other smartphone users and offers many useful year-round features. ACMG 2013 app users will be able to:
- Review sessions and add them to their calendar
- Review Abstracts – Poster and Oral Platform Presentations
- Search for exhibitors and products on display
- Download exhibitor brochures
- Stay in-the‐know with Meeting alerts
