The Life of (a Raspberry) Pi

Well, things seem to be moving faster and faster these days. It seems like only yesterday that we saw the official debut of the Raspberry Pi, but in fact this occurred a year ago at Embedded World 2012. This means the folks at element14 are currently celebrating the Raspberry Pi's first birthday!


In fact, today -- as I pen these words -- the guys and gals at element14 are breaking out the party hats and launching Raspberry Pi Month with a series of initiatives to celebrate the outstanding success of the little beauty (Click Here to see the full release).

It seems like only yesterday they were taking the pi out of the oven! I remember the excitement and the wonder of a low cost product and could not wait to get my hands on one. Well, I am still waiting due to other priorities but really want to get one and start playing...
