New controller chips target RF4CE

GreenPeak Technologies has released three controllers for use in RF4CE designs. The GP520 is a front-panel controller for set top box applications with a SPI/TWI interface.  The GP530 is a front-panel controller for TV with a UART interface. And the GP540 includes embedded keyboard scanner and full IR functionality. The GreenPeak RF4CE chips use antenna diversity technology.

  • 2400 to 2483.5MHz
  • 16 channels programmable in 5MHz step size
  • 250 kb/s data rate
  • -92dBm receiver sensitivity at 3.0V and 25 degrees Celsius.
  • >-2.5dB co-channel rejection
  • >30dB adjacent channel rejection
  • >25dB Bluetooth rejection
