LNAs target 1.6 to 3.0 GHz receivers

Skyworks Solutions has introduced three LNAs for 1.6 to 3.0 GHz receiver applications. The SKY67002-396LF, SKY67003-396LF and SKY67102-396LF are single-stage, GaAs pHEMT LNAs that are optimized for noise, linearity and return loss. They are housed in a QFN package. On-die active bias aims to ensure consistent and stable performance for wireless infrastructure OEM applications.
The input third order intercept point (IIP3) and gain data for the three devices are as follows:

The input third order intercept point (IIP3) and gain data for the three devices are as follows:
- SKY67002-396 LF: +22 dBm @ 1.85 GHz and 17.5 dB @ 1.85 GHz
- SKY67003-396 LF: +21.5 and 17.5 dB @2.6 GHz
- SKY 67102-396 LF: +16.7 dBm @ 2.6 GHz
