RFaxis has launched the RFX2411, a 2.4GHz single-chip ZigBee® RF Front-end IC (RFeIC™) which features a power amplifier, low noise amplifier and antenna diversity switch in single-die CMOS process.
The RFaxis RFX2411 joins other ZigBee®/ISM products for smart energy, smart utility network (SUN), home area network (HAN), wireless sensor network (WSN), industrial control, RF4CE and 6LowPAN applications. It delivers up to +21dBm of output power while packed in a 3x3x0.5mm QFN package.
