Skyworks has introduced the SKY13388-465LF, a 0.1 – 2.7 GHz SP4T switch with integrated logic decoder for GSM quad-band receive and diversity-antenna applications. With a 2 x 2 millimeter form factor, the SKY13388-465LF switch is controlled with 1.8 volt logic and is well suited for 3G handsets and data cards.
