Three RF power amplifiers joining the Airfast family deliver ruggedness, stability, and gain for land mobile applications. They are engineered to perform in extreme operating conditions in such applications as mobile VHF and UHF transceivers, and harsh machine-to-machine environments.

Each is designed to survive >65:1 VSWR with simultaneous over voltage and overdrive, even with dramatically changing supply voltages.

AFT05031N: 136-520 MHz, >31W output power, high gain – less than .5W drive for rated power out; housed in 2-lead over-molded plastic package (TO-270), surface mount option (GN).

AFT09MS031N: 760-941 MHz, >31W output power, high gain – less than 06W drive for rated power out; housed in 2-lead over molded plastic package (TO-270), surface mount option (GN).

AFT05MP075N: 136-520 MHz, >75W output power, high gain – less than 1W drive for rated power out; housed in 4-lead-over-molded plastic package (TO-270WB-4), bolt down option (TO-272WB-4).
