- NXA-6 - up to 6 GHz
- NXA-26 - up to 26 GHz
- NXA-50 - up to 50 GHz
Key specifications:
- Offset analysis 0.01 Hz to 40MHz
- Accuracy 1 kHz to 1MHz offset: +/- 2dB
- Accuracy 1MHz to 40MHz offset +/-3dB
