Digital hardware upgrade options for Agilent Technologies’ ENA series network analyzers enable measurement cycle times that are two times faster than most other comparable RF network analyzers. The new CPU options are available on all Agilent E5071C configurations.
The upgrade replaces earlier 1.3-GHz or 1.86-GHz Intel Celeron processors with the 2.53-GHz Intel Core i7 processor, which delivers 2X to 5X faster save/recall time, depending on the previous processor and settings. Additionally, the upgrade changes the E5071C ENA storage device from a hard-disk drive to a solid-state drive, which boots more than 30% faster.
Agilent’s E5071CU-041 option swaps a 1.86-GHz CPU for a 2.53-GHz CPU, while the E5071CU-042 option replaces a 1.3-GHz CPU for a 2.53-GHz CPU. Prices start at under $6000.
