Imagination unveils Internet radio platform

Las Vegas, NV – Imagination Technologies has announced the META HTPP-audio platform, a licensable IP solution for Internet radios and other connected audio products. The META HTPP-audio platform features:
- The META HTP multi-threaded DSP
- META Linux, a full-featured version of the industry standard OS
- META CAP (Connected Audio Platform), a connectivity middleware solution based on the GStreamer multimedia framework
- META AAF (Advanced Audio Framework), a complete suite of audio codecs including MP2, MP3, AAC, eAAC+, WMA, Dolby Digital, Real, as well as audio post-processing tools
