Invarian's tool suite provides solutions to validation problems within the semiconductor industry. Invarian’s sign-off solutions provide a path for users to avoid expensive re-spins because they include accurate physical modeling.
Products
InVar – is a suite of products targeting digital, analog, 3D and SoC designs. Each tool has analysis capability for power and thermal properties.
The thermal engine calculates effective temperatures across die stack(s). The power engine calculates power for every element of the die (including heating power of routed nets).
