A 6 Gb/s SAS SSD targets mission-critical data storage applications that require uninterrupted access. Designed to achieve 10 drive fills daily for five years, the Micron P410m SSD comes in 100-, 200- and 400-GB capacities.
The drive, built using Micron’s custom 25-nm multi-level-cell (MLC) NAND, also employs the company’s Extended Performance and Enhanced Reliability Technology (XPERT). The technology delivers multiple features for data protection, including onboard power loss protection, as well as low latency to ensure high-speed data access.
