A pair of SSDs featuring SATA and PATA interfaces operates in the industrial temperature range. The NANDrive embedded SSDs from Greenliant Systems use MLC NAND flash memory and combine a NAND controller with NAND flash die. The devices provide power interrupt data protection, bad block management, and built-in ECC. Security features include user-selectable protection zones and military-grade "instant" erase commands, while a health monitor estimates remaining drive lifespan and takes action to prevent data loss.

Key features of the GLS85LS SATA:
  • Form factors: 14 x 24 x 1.95 mm 145-ball BGA package
  • Capacity: 2 GB to 64 GB
  • Read performance: 110 MB/s
  • Write performance: up to 60 MB/s.
  • 3.3 V and 1.2 V power supply
  • Active mode as low as 360mW (typical)
  • Sleep mode: 70mW (typical)

Key features of the GLS85LP PATA:
  • Form factors: 12 mm x 24 mm 91-ball LBGA package
  • 14 mm x 24 mm 91-ball LBGA/BGA package
  • Capacity: 512 MB to 32 GB
  • Read performance up to 60 MB/s
  • Write performance up to 35 MB/s
  • Zero wake-up latency
