Renesas Electronics and California Eastern Laboratories (CEL) are now sampling a high precision 405nm blue-violet laser diode, the NV4V31MF.
The NV4V31MF provides precise laser emission supporting a wide range of applications such as particle measurement; industrial precision measurement including location measurement, surface uniformity detection; holography; lithography; wafer processing equipment; and bio-medical instrumentation.
Key specifications:
- Optical Output Power (CW): 175mW @ 150mA (typ)
- Peak Emission Wavelength: 405 nm (typ)
- Operating Temperature Range: Tc = -5 °C to 85 °C
- Packaging: Φ 3.8 mm small CAN package
