Aluminum electrolytic capacitors offer more than 400 ratings

New Bedford, Mass. — Cornell Dubilier has introduced two snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitor types — Type SLPX and Type SLP — targeted at applications in next-generation power supplies and inverters including DC filtering, switching power supply, and motor drive applications.
Type SLPX capacitors offer an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C while Type SLP devices operate over the temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. These capacitors offer more than 400 ratings, all with 3000-hour load and ripple life-test capability.
Type SLPX and SLP capacitors are available in diameters from 22 mm to 35 mm, and in lengths ranging from 25 mm to 50 mm. Standard capacitance values range from 56 uF to 68,000 uF and voltage ranges from 10 to 250 Vdc with special ratings available.
