Designed for automotive, defense and avionics applications, Linear Technology Corp.’s LTM8008 six-output DC/DC µModule regulator provides guaranteed operation from -40°C to 150°C.
The LTM8008 includes a 3V to 72V input SEPIC converter and six linear regulators, housed in a small 15mm x 15mm x 2.82mm LGA package. The LTM8008 regulates a 3V to 72V input supply to 5.6V output with an onboard SEPIC converter with buck and boost conversion capability. This 5.6V, in return, powers six linear regulators to generate five 5V rails and one 3.3V rail with output currents ranging from 150mA to 500mA.Key highlights:
