LNAs offer 20-dB gain up to 1.5 GHz

Middletown, OH— The HILNAV1 is a low noise amplifier (LNA) designed to deliver an extremely low noise figure (0.8 typical) while offering high gain and a high intercept point across a very wide frequency band. These amplifiers can be used in a variety of applications including communication suites, TV, high performance receivers, and ultra-low noise RF Front-Ends.

The HILNAV1 has a typical gain of 20 dB and operates in a usable frequency range of 50 MHz to 1.5 GHz. Input to the device is +5 to +30 VDC with an internal regulator. Additionally, reverse voltage protection is included in the design.

These amplifiers achieve a typical third intercept point of +32 dBm. They are housed in an extruded aluminum enclosure with an option for built in mounting lugs.
