Santa Clara, Calif.—Agilent Technologies Inc. has added 14 new models to its InfiniiVision 7000 series mixed-signal and digital-storage oscilloscope portfolio.

The new scopes offer bandwidths from 100 MHz up to 1 GHz. In addition to traditional analog signal representation, the scopes provide digital signal capture and serial bus triggering and decode. Custom ICs deliver hardware-accelerated operation and put up to 100,000 waveforms on screen each second to help designers capture rich signal detail and intermittent events.

All InfiniiVision 7000B Series models are equipped with a 12.1-inch display, which the company says is nearly 40 percent more display area than any other scope on the market. The increased display size helps users display up to 20 channels simultaneously with serial protocol.

In addition to the biggest display, the scopes feature a hardware-accelerated search and navigate capability.

Pricing: Ranges between $4995 and $19,500, depending on scope bandwidth, channel and logic channel.
Availability: Now.
