Narda's miniature 3dB attenuator handles 6GHz

Narda, an L-3 Communications, has released the Model 4772-3 miniature fixed 3-dB attenuator, which is claimed to have flat frequency response, low VSWR, and to meet environmental requirements for MIL-A-3933.

The attenuator measures 1.24 x 0.38 in. and weighs 0.5 oz. It handles 2 W average and 200 W peak RF input power, has a VSWR of 1.4:1 or less, and attenuation deviation of +/- 0.3 dB or less.
