Crystek VCO spans the band from 1662 to 1708 MHz
Kristin Lewotsky7/24/2012 4:49 PM EDT
A voltage-controlled oscillator operates from 1662 MHz to 1708 MHz with an output power of typically +2 dBm. The CVCO33BE-1662-1708a from Crystek Corp. features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Operating with a control voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V, the VCO requires 5 V of input with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA. The design minimizes pulling and pushing to 5.0 MHz and 5.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
Packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package, the CVCO33BE-1662-1708 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
