CUI has added a new family of low profile speakers to its components product line, the CDM series available in diameters from 10 to 20mm with depths as low as 2.9 mm. The CDM series includes Mylar cones for increased durability, spring contacts for ease in manufacturing, and metal frames.
Sound pressure levels range from 72 db up to 78 dB at 1 meter. Input power required to drive the speakers remains low and ranges from 0.2 to 0.5 W. All models are RoHS compliant.
