Models in the Acromag TT330 series of 4-wire process transmitters
convert a variety of thermocouple, voltage, and current input-signal
types to a proportional bipolar or unipolar control signal. These
isolated signal conditioners enable high-density DIN rail mounting and
provide a USB interface for configuration using Windows-based software.
TT330 process signal converters are DC-powered from 12 V to 32 V and offer a bussed-rail option for primary or redundant power. Wiring terminals are front-facing and removable for easy connection and maintenance. Units operate over a temperature range of –40°C to +80°C.
Thermocouple models in the TT330 series accommodate eight different sensor types (J, K, T, R, S, E, B, and N), as well as ±100-mV inputs. A DC current-input model can condition ±1-mA, ±20-mA, 0 to 20-mA, or 4 to 20-mA input ranges, as well as ±0.5 VDC and even 0 to 20 A AC with an external toroidal sensor. There are also low-voltage (±1 V, ±5 V, and ±10 V) and high-voltage (±15 V, ±75 V, and ±150 V) DC input models. All units can convert the input to a ±10-V, ±5-V, 0 to 5-V, 0 to 10-V, ±20-mA, 0 to 20-mA, or 4 to 20-mA output.
Prices for the TT330 series start at $220. Setup and calibration software is free for downloading from the company’s website.
