I have an ARM7 wireless router ran on linux 2.6.23 fc8. I just an user and I download relational development package(cross complier) and build code with ok. A console and LAN port is available. Now, the device was halt after 10 days and it seem like memory leak but I'm not sure. I know such as memwatch, valgrind can help me to debug them but one need to re-complie the memwatch with source. Other is a simulator for source. Do you have an test tool can communicate between host and target easy way and they can return msg? Except kgbd, gbd. What test tool can be used? I don't want to use like JTAG etc., I just want to use the console or LAN port to find out issue. Anyone else can help?
