Where are all the Pro E Senior Design Engineers?

So if my math is correct you are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with around 5 years for Pro E experience. While I have not used Pro E I can't imagine why any other CAD tool experience with some experience with Pro E would not work just fine. Most of the mech Es that I know have used 3 or 4 different CAD tool platforms over their careers, once you know a CAD tool it is not hard to pick up another tool and be productive. Just wondering why the 5 year setpoint...
