Q:  Question for the ST folks: What is the CN3 connector (ACP/RF) on the upper right of the board for?  It looks like it has I2C and power.  Is it a connector for a wireless module?

A: You are correct that it brings out the I2C port.  If you belong to the Apple peripheral support environment, you'll recognize what this is.  Alternately, this gives the user a very good port to plug in our RFID/EEPROM device.
