In an antifuse-based or Flash-based FPGA, the LUTS are programmed using antifuse or falsh cells - -these FPGAs will stil lhave blocks of on-chip RAM for use by the design/application

In an SRAM-based FPGA, we have blocks of SRAM for the application, and then all of the configuration cells are also implemented using SRAM technology
