this article is as old as year 2002. now white LED's are reaching 200 lumens /watt efficiency or just going above that.

LED lighting is certainly the wave of the future. However, only by educating the public to the true savings of LED bulbs will they become commonplace. The initial cost can sometimes seem high. Health is a factor that has universal recognition and importance. It is considered that with a good health it is possible to enjoy the life but the bad health doesn’t allow the people to stay happy in the life.
