I think you have RAZR2 description incorrect - USB performance numbers are those of a USB-HS device but only GSM version of RAZR2 (V8) has USB-HS - but it has 2GB of internal memory but no memory card. 3G version of RAZR2 (V9) has some internal memory and a removable card but does not has USB-HS so it can not get the throughput rates you are measuring.
