re: Home networks succeed despite fragmented standards and varying media choices

NO RATINGS
It will be great if you provide a basic guide to set up a home networking, identifying major components and then providing details of the options available with each component and their advancements in today's emerging technological world. For example similar to this article but with more real implementation details. Please keep your solution free of vendor specific software and solution for e.g. Microsoft media center etc. (of course some vendor component cannot be avoided) http://www.dell.com/content/topics/topic.aspx/global/learn/home_theater/function_link?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs hope u got my views and expectations. shreshthakumar@gmail.com shreshtha@in.com
