Links to the chapter articles are broken, but I did get to see the same ad 8 times each time I clicked on the link, hit the back button, breathed, etc.  I was interested but it isn't worth wading through the ads.

This might actually be useful if your website didn't require so much information from me just in order to view it!!! I looked at it on Google Books, much easier and they didn't seem to care what my company name was or the name of my first born!
