Started in Silicon Valley in 1976. Silicon Valley "Career" was "The Future". Fast Forward to Present Day... The World "Loves" America and so ... send all the Jobs & Manufacturing Facilities OverSeas. At Home ... tuff to ask for a raise else Company will use the Import Engineer Policy "to save money". Interesting Comment about the American Born Engineering Salary vs. Foreign Born in U.S. Salary. Agreed with The Comment about American Technology Worker also has to take care of their own Training. Nice to see Work/Life Balance item put in the Chart. After working in The Industry since 1976 ... I guess Corporate doesn't think i've spent enough time & paid my dues since You're Always Under Re-Evaluation.
