With the current economic climate, IT directors should look towards the use of SSDs in their data center for performance optimization. Recent advancements in the market have begun to drive to costs for SSDs and overall TCO, numbering the days for HDDs in the data center. SanDisk has created a website called the SSD Academy that offers consumers and professionals a lot of information on the SSD market as well as general flash usage. www.sandisk.com/ssd
