U.S. "Trade" Policy & "GamePlan" => "oh-well ... SemiConductors are not important". Eventually - No U.S. Industry will be important (including U.S. Military ... which won't have much of a base to work from regarding "Next-Gen" Hardware ... ut let's not think about that - now!!!)

get the incentives (& bailout $$$ from U.S. Taxpayers) then they go back to Shipping U.S. Jobs Overseas and Hiring H1-B Workers for U.S. Jobs in the U.S.
Just shows you what foresight US companies and governemt have with regard to home-grown R&D. Companies are trading near-term stock growth and capital gain for far-term capability.
