Are they for real? 21 nm nand periphery would be multiple patterning for sure! It has to happen but hynix jumping in first?

As far as I can remember Nomura was not one of the banks that exchanged debt for equity in the crisis that hit Hynix in 2001. The main banks were Korea Development Bank and Korea Exchange Bank.

Hynix just ramped 26 nm in 2010, this is 20% shrink, another 20% would be 17 nm in 2012. Just about where everyone else would be.
