I guess it could be assumed their 15 nm process development is just about done now. So they can produce their 15 nm SRAM demo in 2011.

Interesting thoughts there : "Only a combination of hardware and software can yield this and that’s why we acquired McAfee,". So can we expect more security features in coming days.
