Capt. Barbenoir, the Agency realizes you are a Navy veteran and a double amputee, and as such we readily agreed that a lower workstation is a Reasonable Accomodation under Secton 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. However, we feel that the use of a parrot as a Companion Animal, and the need for the consumption of alcohol on the job, which consumption is normally proscribed by law on Federal Government property, is well beyond the spirit of Section 508, and that much documentation about these needs must be provided by a competent medical authority. In addition, Physical Security wants to know how in God's Name you managed to get that cutlass past the X-ray and magnetometer screening at the building entrance!
