It would be good it the user can select the data rate to be sent over each MIMO Channel that way the product will be reusable if the product can support upto 60Mbps. Yes a product which can support 60Mbps as of today will be too costly and it should surely support variable data rate which can be setup by the user.

Home video wireless technology is highly usefull in a hose with multiple television screes. The cable we run can be avoided and positioning of the TV sets can be changed now and then to uplift the mood of viewing. The 4 x 4 MIMO technology is ultra wide band technology and can become a usefull gadget in home when it is made in large scale to the point of economy
