To Peregrine, one of my former employers, I wish the best in its endeavors as a soon-to-be public company. This is nearly 10 years in the making and I admire the wherewithal of its management (congrats Drs. Reedy & Cable!). Now I wish I had exercised my options before leaving!
It looks like they unloaded their Australian fab (the article above says they are now fab-less). They also spun off their photonics group several years ago which was on the verge of becoming accretive to their bottom line.
