Improving patient care through early assisted discharge is an interesting approach, there are a lot of patients interested in this, making this a win-win situation. My grandfather told me this was possible due to portable monitors that any patient can use, he bought such an ECG monitor and after reading the instructions he knew exactly how to use it, just like Sunoptic Tech products the monitor has a very user-friendly interface suitable for any ages.

Definitely monitoring the various body functioning parameters can be recorded and analyszed by the computers at the hospitals for the remote patiens at Home. The Home needs to have the basic facilities like computer with most advanced software and hardware features . A middle class and above families are offered to this system of treatement. This helps the patients in many aspects most out of this is the patient feels much better and stronger at his home or office in combination with the remote monitoring and support.
