Ultra HDTV with 33 megapixels LCD display !What will be the response time of these TV's? This employs high speed FPGA's what will be power consumption?Cost? Viewing angle?

It is amazing. Display companies have started to use spartan-6 fbga technologies about one year later without such kind of consumer video kit which allow them to control a number of new graphic technologies. And they did great jobs anyway, i can't imagine what can they do after using this new spartan 6 video consumer kit. 2010 feb. http://www.samsung.com/us/business/semiconductor/newsView.do?news_id=1130

Agreed -- there's not much point in having a 4K2K display unless you have 4K2K images to display on it...

Seems to me that the capture side of the equation will move faster than the display side. Cameras with 4K2K will probably be available before we have those types of displays at home....
