indeed its regional focused but not as imagined. The whole faculties are filled with researchers from all over the globe. In order to be elected you have to pass very strict exams, backround checks and should face with board for final review. However at the end almost endless support of Kingdom. They are really on it, and i am sure would be successful. Just missing local technology giants where intel fills the gap for now.
