Nothing official. But, could be some are pushing it. Personally, I don't see this, as a longtime shareholder, is in my best interest and would vote against it.

I'm a ramtron share holder. Is there a rumor that they are the target of a takeover. Or, is someone just wishing this out their self interest?

I wonder what is an advantage of this move when you are a boutigue foundry? Do you really get any benefits of a larger scale?...dr Kris

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems.
