Icahn want to make a quick buck by buying mentor at 1.9B and reselling to CAD/SYN at ~2.5B. Btw what does he mean by shares are undervalued? Mentor make ~Zero profit for last 3-4 FY and still market cap is 1.64B.

I think Icahn will likely ruin Mentor if he takes over the company since he and his cronies do not understand EDA. Saddling Mentor with lots of debt is what he will attempt to do.
